All of our printers and equipment are backed by manufacturer warranties, giving you confidence in your purchase. Please see warranty details by brand below.

Ricoh
Ricoh provides a 1 Year Manufacturer parts and labour warranty (unless otherwise stated at the point of sale).
- Desktop models are typically covered by a Return to Base warranty*.
- Large format printers are generally covered by an Onsite Manufacturer warranty**.
If a fault is diagnosed within the warranty period, please contact our technical support team. We will liaise directly with Ricoh to arrange repair or replacement on your behalf.
*For Return to Base Warranty services, it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for the return of goods (transportation logistics and costs), ensuring the machine is secured, protected, and insured sufficiently in the original or appropriate packaging to protect from damage during transit.
**For non-mainland UK onsite warranty claims, the manufacturer covers parts and labour as standard. Additional costs such as travel and expenses are not covered by the warranty but will be borne by the customer.
Uninet
Uninet printers come with a 1 Year limited manufacturer warranty covering parts and labour against defects.
*If you are within your warranty period and believe there is a fault with your heat press, please contact Fluxar. After diagnosing the fault, a report is raised with the manufacturer. The manufacturer will then contact you directly.
Utopia
Utopia printers are supplied with a 12 Month Manufacturer Warranty covering parts and labour.
The warranty is invalidated if the printer has used non-genuine / third-party inks. Utopia Large Format Systems must be kept in an environment where the temperature is consistent; for Operating Temperature Guidelines, refer to your printers’ User Manual.
Our team can assist you by reporting any warranty claim to Utopia directly and helping arrange the required service.
SwissQprint
SwissQprint offers a 1 Year comprehensive manufacturer warranty across its flatbed and roll-to-roll systems.
- Warranty includes parts, labour, and onsite service where applicable.
- Consumable items such as UV lamps, filters, and print heads are not covered, unless proven defective at installation.
- Extended warranty agreements are available directly from SwissQprint.
All warranty claims should first be raised with us, and we will escalate the case to SwissQprint technical support.
USI
USI equipment is covered by a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty.
- Desktop and small-format systems: Return to Base warranty*.
- Large-format laminators and printers: Onsite Manufacturer warranty**.
- Consumables and wear items (e.g. rollers, fuses, seals) are not included.
*For Return to Base Warranty services, it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for the return of goods (transportation logistics and costs), ensuring the machine is secured, protected, and insured sufficiently in the original or appropriate packaging to protect from damage during transit.

Xanté
Xanté printers include a 1 Year Manufacturer Warrantycovering parts and labour.
Print heads and other consumable components are covered for 6 months.
General consumables are excluded except in cases of manufacturing fault on delivery.
Summit
Summit printers are covered by a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty.
Ink delivery systems and consumables are excluded from warranty except in cases of DOA (dead on arrival).
Our support team can help coordinate warranty service with Summit if your machine develops a fault.
