Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all products within the UK. At this time, we only ship to UK addresses.

Every order is carefully prepared, securely packaged, and shipped using trusted carriers to ensure your equipment arrives safely and in perfect condition.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Standard delivery takes around 7 working days, depending on your location and the size of the equipment. Larger printers may require pallet delivery for safe transportation. If this applies to your order, our team will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Bulk Discounts

Looking to purchase multiple printers or supplies? We offer special pricing for bulk orders. To discuss your requirements and get a custom quote, please call us on xx and we will be happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns require prior authorization. If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, you may do so provided you inform us of your decision within 48 hours of receipt. The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged. Please note that shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.

We do not provide on-site installation services. However, every printer comes with comprehensive manufacturer guides, setup instructions, and training materials to help you get started quickly and confidently. These resources are designed by the manufacturer to ensure correct installation, safe operation, and optimal performance of your machine.

If you require further assistance, the manufacturer’s technical support team is available to answer questions and guide you through the setup process.

Technical Support

If you experience any technical issues with your printer, our team is here to help. Simply get in touch with us for support, and we’ll work with you to troubleshoot the problem.

When needed, we can also contact the manufacturer on your behalf to arrange further assistance, repairs, or warranty claims. This way, you have a single point of contact and peace of mind knowing that your issue will be handled quickly and efficiently.
