Items Damaged in Transit
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item is visibly damaged upon delivery, you must make a note of this when signing the carrier’s delivery note. This allows us to raise a claim with the courier and arrange a resolution quickly.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
Faulty Items
All of our products are supplied with a full manufacturer warranty, which covers defects in materials or workmanship. If your printer or equipment develops a fault, it will be repaired or replaced according to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Changed Your Mind?
All returns require prior authorization. If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, you may do so provided you inform us of your decision within 48 hours of receipt. The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged. Please note that shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund. See our full policy here
